Evans, a critically acclaimed
composer, performer and instructor has been teaching music since 1975. A graduate of San Diego State University, Evans's work
has been reviewed in San Diego Magazine,
The San Diego Union Tribune,
The Los AngeleTimes,
The Seattle Times and other
publications.
He is the composer/lyricist of
the hit musical "Nights of Columbus", which enjoyed a record breaking, world premier run at the "Coronado Playhouse" in San Diego.
He has appeared with the "San
Diego Symphony", Larry Hagman, Gary Puckett and others.
His former students include Craig
Goldy, David Lee Roth, Ronnie James Dio and Ritchie Blackmore.
